yeah my idea is that NFT’s be available to Time holders, enables voting on the Dao, hopefully issued on Avax or polygon to avoid minting fees. Not sure how to handle the whale’s issue, maybe Daniele has an idea on that. Possibly you can’t mint until you have been in the project for a minimum amount of time, like 60 days or something so that traders/whales/Vc’s have less of an influence.
