Presenting the Abracadabra Money UX/UI Update

UX/UI is not less important and has been part of Abra success.
I do like the uniqueness and friendliness of the v1 design tho. Not sure if my browser acts wired; or I see inaccurate color. Best UX experience is efficiency. And observable returns that can see changing in real time keep people coming to the site, even tho I understand it difficult to calculate accurate return of investment in Abra case but rn. It’s a bit confusing.

Btw in case it were to change to v2 look, can we keep v1 as legendary version and I would very much like to translate it to a third language. I think it’s pretty intuitive.

Update!

Thank you all guys for all the feedback posted in here, we have taken in all and understand that we need to work on 3 major points:

  • The Positions page, will be worked on to be more user-friendly and show more in detail how your position is doing and how healthy it is.

  • Brand Identity, we will be adding a bit more of the art that is characteristics of Abracadabra old UI!

  • Colour scheme, which can be improved increasing the contrast and making it a bit more vibrant.

We will keep working on this, and will be able to show you the improvements SOON :tm:!

I’d like to make additional requests

  1. The analytics page does not display enough detail to monitor changes in data. The interface needs to be able to track penny for penny over time and clearly visualize what is going on.
  2. We have a treasury but we don’t know how much is in it, nor do we know how it is being utilized. This needs to be displayed so that it is clearly visualized.
  3. It would seem fit that upon deploying capital to curve, abra should also consider entering investment allocations to boost yield for sspell holders.
  • hard returns in stables, BTC, ETH, and other voted upon assets as a part of governance.
  1. We should give some consideration to utilizing Ren rather than multichain in my personal opinion.

Someone talked about this in Discord and I agree :

When deleveraging, add a line so express how much of the collateral will be sold to repay.
Right now it’s implicit that it’s “X MIM of asset Y” but it would be good to have :

  • Y Token will be sold
  • X MIM will be paid back

Quick, easy and more intuitive imo.

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me. I was trying to pay back my avax loan with mim and remove collateral. It seems like I have some mim back but not at the same value that I had with the number of wavax I had as collateral. I did not receive any wavax back. Did something go wrong? Advice appreciated. Thank you

Some part of your collaterals might still be deployed in current iteration. As I understand it, they keep a smaller portion of collaterals in a pool to use when people want to withdraw. But it can run low sometimes, so basically you have to wait a few days, maybe, until this round is done, and you will get the rest of your collaterals, maybe it will end up in the bento box. But wait for the devs to confirm.

Thank you for the reply. How do I actually speak to one of the devs? Also what is the bento box? Thanks again!

Anyone know how I can get in contact with a Dev regarding this?

They are in Discord usually… Abracadabra money
